Which way of taking tadalafil suits you?
On-demand: 10 to 20 mg
Taken at least 30 minutes before sex, no more than once a day. One dose covers up to 36 hours, which is why it’s called the weekend pill.
Daily: 2.5 to 5 mg
One tablet at the same time every day, so you don’t have to plan. It takes about 5 days to reach a steady level.
For enlarged prostate: 5 mg daily
Tadalafil 5 mg is also approved for urinary symptoms of BPH, alone or alongside ED. It’s sometimes paired with dutasteride.

Safety
When tadalafil isn’t safe
Don’t take it if you
- Use nitrates or “poppers”, now or within 48 hours
- Take riociguat
- Have been told sex isn’t safe for your heart
- Recently had a heart attack or stroke
Lower doses may be needed if you
- Take strong interacting medicines such as ketoconazole or ritonavir (on-demand limit is 10 mg every 72 hours)
- Have reduced kidney or liver function
- Take alpha-blockers for blood pressure or prostate
- Drink large amounts of grapefruit juice
Get urgent help if
- An erection lasts longer than 4 hours
- You suddenly lose vision or hearing
- You get chest pain during or after sex

Which is better, Vidalista or Tadaflo?
At the same strength they contain the same amount of tadalafil and work the same way. Vidalista has more strengths and forms; every Tadaflo strength stays inside approved limits.
Can I take tadalafil every day?
Yes, at 2.5 or 5 mg once a day. Daily tadalafil is approved for ED and for enlarged-prostate symptoms. Don’t take daily and on-demand doses together.
Is Vidalista 60 or Vidalista Black 80 safe?
Both exceed the 20 mg maximum approved for ED, and no approved use covers 60 or 80 mg. Higher doses haven’t been shown to work better and increase side effects. Speak to your prescriber before using them.
How long does Vidalista 20 last?
Tadalafil keeps working for up to 36 hours after a dose. It doesn’t cause a continuous erection; it makes one possible with arousal during that window.
Can I have alcohol or grapefruit with tadalafil?
Moderate alcohol is usually fine, but heavy drinking can lower blood pressure and cause dizziness. Large amounts of grapefruit juice raise tadalafil levels, so avoid it.
